Boyd Maillet
Born Saint John NB, 1964.
In fact, I grew up in Saint John.
Family History
The Maillets came to Canada
on one of the first ships over
to the new world with
Samuel de Champlain. Great.
So on Grandfather was a
money holder for Paris.
In the 1600’s.
I attended Saint John Vocational School,
managed a few resturants there as well,
was a cook for 25 years, and now I am living
in Fredericton working for Marriott Hotels.
I am a Father of One Wonderful Daughter Cassia.
Since I was a small child I have been interested in art.
(My parents paint as well.) I just recently started painting.
Perhaps I will make a name for myself in the art world.
I am finally doing something that I love!
When I am not painting you might find me singing,
dancing, and practicing sign language.
