Stuffed French Toast  Gourmet french toast stuffed with fruity cream cheese and fried in egg, drizzled with a fruit coulis, side of bacon, made with sourdough or multigrain Happy Baker bread.  Raspberry or Blueberry $9.5

Breakfast Combo  Two eggs cooked your way, home fries, and your choice of local chorizo patties or bacon. Served with Happy Baker toast. Have it with Bacon $8.5, or try Kuinshoeve Chorizo Patties $9.5

Smashed Breakfast  A Smashed Potato topped with tomatoes, an over easy egg, cheese, green onions, bacon and hollandaise sauce. Veggy Smashed $8, or Bacon Smashed $9

Tofu Veggy Scramble  A vegan skillet made with tofu, potatoes, onions, red pepper, cremini mushrooms, sriracha and Happy Baker toast. $8

Traditional Eggs Benedict  Two poached eggs, ham, swiss cheese, and citrus hollandaise sauce served on Happy Baker sourdough with a side of home fries. $11

Smoked Salmon Eggs Benny  Two poached eggs, “hot” smoked salmon, red peppers, spinach, and citrus hollandaise sauce, served on Happy Baker sourdough with home fries. $12.5
