Monique MacNaughton lives in New Maryland. In addition to the webcomic UNA Frontiers, she also does self-published comics and commission work, and is the artist of GAAK and The Continentals, both written by Darryl Hughes. She quotes Alex Toth, Hal Foster, Russ Manning, Winsor McKay, Moebius, Roger Leloup and Donna Barr as artistic influences. She also takes inspiration from literary giants of SF such as Robert Heinlein, Jerry Pournelle, David Niven and C.J. Cherryh.
