Being a creative sort, and coming from a family of creative sorts, I have too many hobbies and too many interests. As the owner of East Coast Candles, a great deal of my time is spent with my husband in the workshop we affectionately refer to as “candleland”. When I’m not making candles, I can be found outside – in our gardens, with my cameras, or both.
Photography is a passion I have had since childhood and I’m thrilled to have been able to capture special occasions for family and friends over the years. No matter where I am, there’s always something in my surroundings that captures my attention, but travel photography is my passion. With cameras in hand, I’m steadily working towards my goal of visiting 40 countries before I turn 40. I’ve recently spent time in Central America, Italy, Spain, and Croatia.
