We have been going to Isaac’s Way as our restaurant of choice in Fredericton for a couple of years (not that we eat out THAT often). One of our favourite memories was our 18th wedding anniversary. We told the waitress when she came to welcome us, and she told us that we were sitting in booth 18. We had a very good meal with excellent service, and when we asked for our bill, the waitress informed us that the manager had decided to charge us $18. That was a wonderful surprise. We have told our friends this story repeatedly, and we hope it has brought Isaac’s Way some customers. They deserve it!

My husband and I always enjoy the experience at Issac’s Way. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all made with REAL food from LOCAL vendors which makes all the difference. Keep up the great work!

I always enjoy the food at Isaac’s Way. The art auctions provide an ever changing atmosphere and it’s great exposure for upcoming local artists(and for a good cause!)

My fiancee and I had a wonderful meal at your restaurant and plan to visit again soon. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is so pleasant.

  5. I’m a semi-regular at Isaac’s Way; visit every other week or so. I love the wait staff and the atmosphere. Congrats for being able to run promotions and advertise your products without being to in-your-face with the logos. The fact that I can take anyone to this restaurant is a big factor in my patronage. I’ve taken dates, kids, coworkers, vegetarians, food lovers, and picky eaters and every time it’s been a success. I love the art auctions – you sure don’t see that kind of community spirit in the globo-franchises! I always look forward to the menu rotations. I can’t even think of any suggestions – just keep on keeping on.

My sister-in-law and I always include and look forward to our visits at Isaac’s Way when we are in Fredericton. Our first encounter was excellent service and food and has not failed us since! At times we will bring our husbands, other famly members and friends who are also very pleased with both food and service. Your staff, espically Kristen whom we seem to frequent, makes us feel so at home, comfortable and welcomed! Everyone who may mention planning a trip to Fredericton I always tell them Isaac’s Way is the only way for good food at reasonable prices and good times! Looking forward to our next Fredericton venture!
    We Thank You!

My husband and I just got married this past July. We met at Isaac’s Way on a blind date a year and 11 months prior. We had our rehearsal dinner in your back room and you were wonderful enough to put the booth we had our first meal in as our head table. You also gave us our favourite gal for the night, Beth. Thank you for making our night so special. Your restaurant will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We had our ladies volleyball Christmas Party at Isaac’s Way again this year. We had excellent services, a holiday atmosphere and fabulous customer service.

Last year was our first year for our party at Isaac’s Way and since then, the girls have become regulars with their families. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, offer excellent customer service and know what their menu offers. We truly enjoy our times there.

Whether we go for a beer or a dinner out, we know we are getting our money’s worth as the food is excellent and the beer is cold!

Not only does Isaac’s Way go offer quality service while I am there, but they keep me posted on whats going on in the city with a friendly email. I really appreciate receiving this email as sometimes we miss city events because we were unaware of them.

Thank you Isaac’s Way – Great Work!

    Tracy

  9. While I can’t say I enjoy the choice of weird music sometimes or the darkness, this is all overshadowed by the chef! I don’t know who is cooking but the food is very damn good. Cranberry Talapia? Yah!

    Close to work,
    close to home.
So far away, I’ll never roam.
    The food, a delight
    the atmosphere right,
In fact I think I’ll go tonight!

Sometimes it is hard to make a decision about where to go eat. Fredericton has so many great options, but so often my friends and I end up deciding to return to Isaacs Way where it is a good time , every single visit.

  12. I love the atmosphere at Isaac’s – have been there a few times and never have been disappointed with either service or rates – both are great!

I especially like the summer time when the patio is available. My girlfriend and I were there on occasion for a late night desert which was also excellent!

My wife and I have been to your restaurant four times in the past two months. We moved here from the west coast about four years ago, and only recently discovered Isaac’s Way. It is Fredericton’s best kept secret, and we LOVE it.

  14. Gwen Dixon says:

A great restaurant for all occasions. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, the food fresh, well presented, and truly delicious. Best part is the staff, who are welcoming, friendly, and unobtrusively attentive.

  15. Howard Stymiest says:

My wife and I try to hit Isaac’s way several times a year . Someday I really hope to get past the seafood linguini ,as I am sure the rest of the menu is excellent however the seafood linguini is the best I have ever eaten and I can’t help but order it every time I go to this place. On top of that the service is excellent , the staff is very knowledgable and friendly and they remember you . Whats not to like

  16. Donald Power says:

Isaac’s Way is the best restaurant I’ve visited yet in Fredericton, and that includes The Blue Door and Brewbakers. They have excellent, friendly, prompt service, marvellous food (lots of out-of-the-ordinary choices, too!), and decent prices to boot! I’ve been recommending this place to friends and coworkers, and would recommend it to anyone else as well! Love the atmosphere with the acoustic music playing! Keep it up!

  17. Loved the down to earth ambiance, great service, and great food. You can tell this restaurant has been thoughtfully put together and nurtured by its owners. Fabulous. Will come again.

Well, it’s official. My favorite dish is the Steak Salad. My wife and I always seem to go to the same establishments but we decided to venture out and try a new place….Isaac’s Way. It was the perfect atmosphere to just sit and talk (away from our 3 small boys) and just relax. I find myself in Fredericton and calling down to get a salad to go. We have recommended your place to friends ond others who have told us afterwards….Thanks. Keep up the good work and continue the balance of good service with good product and you’ll be a fixture in the Fredricton landscape for a while to come.

  19. Kelly Bidlake-Jamieson says:

Isaac’s Way is my favorite restaurant in Fredericton. They have the best spinach salad in the city! The martini’s are made with care and I recommend the “green apple”. The atmosphere is like soft jazz and the staff treat you like they genuinely want you to come back. I plan on going there for a birthday meal in early March.

  20. Cleo, Sheila & Megan Doucet says:

This is the place-Oui Oui-for sure. We always suggest to our frends, and to all the people we know at work etc, about the excellent food, service, music, drinks, atmosphere and of course the art work that’s up for bids. A very good idea to help our future generation. Sometimes we try other restaurants, but we keep coming back.
    Thank You Isaac’s Way Restaurant!

I believe Isaac’s Way is such an integral part of the Fredericton experience, so that’s where I always take my family and friends when they come to visit. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is unbeatable, and the staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered. Spinach and Artichoke dip is a popular appetizer around town, but once you have it at Isaac’s Way, nothing else compares. I’ve been known to talk about it for days!
