Cranberry Chèvre Stuffed Chicken (New!)
A plump chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and cranberries, marinated in a maple dijon sauce, grilled to order, and served with roasted seasonal veggies and our wild rice pilaf. This one sells out fast!
Shiitake Beef (New!)
A gourmet open faced sandwich made with “AAA” striploin beef, grilled red peppers and onions, spinach, melted blue cheese, and a warm shiitake relish. Served on ciabatta bread with roasted veggies and choice of red potatoes or wild rice pilaf.
Mediterranean Haddock (New!)

Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Ginger Sauce
So tender, seasoned with five different spices, and cooked on the grill, this pork tenderloin wil please everyone that tries it. Accompanied with a barbeque style sauce that is simmered with apricots and ginger, and served with veggies and choice of potato. Great for any season!

We call it “salmon by the fire” with lots of roasting to make this dish memorable! An Atlantic fillet dressed in a homemade pesto of roasted pecans and roasted red peppers. Served with veggies, and choice of rice or potato. Pinot Noir pairs well with the rich flavours of salmon.
