Squash Wellington $24 Vegan or vegetarian … layered butternut squash and duxelles of mushroom and onion, wrapped in puff pastry, with a side of potato wedges, house salad, and citrus hollandaise sauce. Can be made vegan with mushroom gravy.

Maple Curry Salmon $28 Grilled Atlantic salmon, flavoured with curry and maple syrup from Briggs Maples Ltd in Riverview, NB, served with spiced pecans, sweet potato mash, oven roasted beets, and seasonal vegetables.
Sun-Dried Tomato Cod $27 Grilled Atlantic cod dressed with sun-dried tomato pesto and parmesan, served with seasonal vegetables, NB potato wedges, topped with citrus hollandaise sauce.
Maple Bacon Scallop Penne $28 Seared Digby scallops with maple bacon, tomatoes, spinach, and onions, tossed with penne pasta in a creamy Cajun sauce, and served with parmesan.
